Orders are welcomed by telephone or fax to our order hotline 01455 615466 or 01455 615436, by post, email to info@shirleypricearomatherapy.com, or via our website shop at www.shirleyprice.net, where you can open a professional account. Payment is with order, unless previously arranged. Goods are not supplied on a sale-or-return basis. All prices shown on our website do not include Vat and are quoted in British Pounds Sterling. Only books and publications are zero rated VAT.

Processing, Delivery & cancellation

Orders are usually processed and despatched within 24 hours during the working week. Orders are sent to your delivery address and may take as long as 5 working days to reach you; our carriers do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. If you will be out during the day then please inform us of an address of where the parcel may be sent. Carriers will now only try to re-deliver your parcel to you once after a failed attempt before returning it to us. Should your parcel be returned to us then you will be contacted and you will be charged for re-delivery. We use Royal Mail and the UK Mail depending on the weight of your order.

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Please carefully check your parcel on receipt for damages and contact us within 5 days of receipt. We cannot exchange or replace after this period.

Returns Policy

In any case, you must return the goods to us in their original condition within 7 days of the date on which you informed us that you wished to cancel (or, if you have not told us that you wish to cancel, within 14 days of receipt of the goods).We will then refund your purchase within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that the order has been returned, whichever is earlier. Any items returned to us must be in their original condition – if they’re not, we may be unable to accept them. We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

Postage Fees

Our postage charges are £5.00 for UK orders and are calculated individually for overseas orders. If your order is of £50.00 excluding Vat then you will receive Free postage (UK ONLY)
